Your Role
- Support children with Special Educational Needs across KS1
- Deliver 1:1 and small group support sessions
- Help pupils access the curriculum and engage positively in learning
- Work alongside class teachers to implement tailored support strategies
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social development
- Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation where required
- Contribute to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children in schools, nurseries, youth work, or similar settings
- Understanding of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or SEMH
- A patient, caring, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trusting relationships with pupils and staff
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
