Are you a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with additional needs?

We are working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Chichester, looking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and experienced team.

💡 The Role:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs
  • Supporting children with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo to deliver tailored support
  • Helping children access learning, build confidence, and develop socially
  • Contributing to a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment

  • Experience working with children or within a school setting (SEN experience desirable)
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
