🏫 About the Role
We are seeking to appoint a visionary and experienced SENDCo to lead and coordinate inclusive practice across a specialist setting for students aged 11–16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), and associated learning differences.
This is a strategic role that may include wider leadership responsibilities, depending on the candidate’s experience and aspirations. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure high-quality, personalised provision for every student.
