SEND Maths Teacher

Pink Tile Education are recruiting a SEND Maths Teacher for a specialist secondary setting in Winchester.

The school supports pupils with high-functioning Autism, anxiety disorders and Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA). Staff work hard to create calm learning environments where pupils can rebuild confidence and progress academically.

The maths department uses practical and real-life applications to help students engage with learning and develop independence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Differentiate learning effectively
• Monitor progress and attainment
• Participate in annual reviews
• Support pupils’ personal development

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Maths teaching experience
• SEND experience desirable
• Positive and flexible approach
