We’re working with fantastic SEND and inclusive primary schools across Hastings and nearby areas who are looking for nurturing, creative and committed teachers to join their teams.

You’ll be teaching smaller groups or 1:1, supporting pupils with a range of needs such as:

Autism and sensory processing differences
Speech, language and communication needs
Moderate to severe learning difficulties
Social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges

Lessons are adapted, interactive and creative – you’ll use songs, visuals, movement, and sensory tools to bring learning to life.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS)
OR
✔️ Unqualified Teachers with strong SEND classroom experience
✔️ Passionate about inclusive, child-centred learning
✔️ Calm, patient, and positive in your approach
✔️ Comfortable differentiating and adapting the curriculum
✔️ Based in or happy to travel around Hastings or surrounding areas
