SEND Support Assistant – Primary Inclusion Unit – Petersfield – September

A welcoming primary school in the Petersfield area with a dedicated SEND provision is looking to appoint a SEND Support Assistant for September.

The role will be based within an inclusion unit, supporting pupils with additional needs who require a more structured and supported environment within the school.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with pupils and making a real difference to their day-to-day school experience.

The role includes:

• Supporting pupils within a small, structured setting
• Delivering targeted support and interventions
• Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
• Working closely with teaching staff and SENCO

The school has a strong community feel and values its support staff highly.

• Full-time or part-time options
• September start
• £93 per day
• Long-term role

Requirements:

• Experience supporting children with SEND
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• DBS on the Update Service
• Up-to-date safeguarding training
