Education Recruitment Consultant
Location: Brighton (Hybrid – 1 Discretionary Work From Home day)

Salary: £25,000–£35,000 basic + uncapped commission
Type: Full Time, Permanent

We’re growing fast and looking for an Education Recruitment Consultant who gets it: the hustle, the heart, and the hilarious things that happen when you speak to a teacher at 6:30am on a Monday.

Are you a people-focused, driven individual with a passion for improving outcomes for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities?
We’re looking for a SEND Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic, fast-paced education team!

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships with schools, candidates, and support staff

  • Source, screen, and place high-quality SEND Teachers & Teaching Assistants

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement

  • Visit schools and understand their staffing needs

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates

  • Work towards clear targets with excellent earning potential

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion and Care for SEND and making a positive impact in education

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Confident, proactive, and resilient attitude

  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and work to deadlines

  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Sales, recruitment experience  

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
