We’re looking for confident, reliable individuals to support pupils with additional needs in a specialist SEND setting in Fareham.

You don’t need school experience — just the right attitude.

This role is ideal if you’ve got a background in:

• Psychology / Criminology / Sociology

• Coaching or mentoring

• Care or support work

• Or you’re simply someone who wants to make a difference

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Helping students stay focused and engaged
• Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
• Working closely with teachers and support staff

What we’re looking for:

• Calm, resilient and proactive individuals
• Someone who can build strong relationships
• DBS on the Update Service
• Up to date safeguarding training
