SEND Teacher

SEND Teacher – Basingstoke – September 2026

A specialist setting in Basingstoke are seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

This long-term role involves working with pupils across either upper primary or lower secondary age groups with a range of additional needs including Autism, speech and language needs and learning difficulties.

The school are looking for someone who:

• Holds QTS
• Has a nurturing and flexible teaching style
• Understands differentiated learning approaches
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and families
• Works well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Experience within SEND education is highly desirable, although strong mainstream teachers with a genuine passion for SEND will also be considered.
