  • Support pupils working towards Functional Skills and ASDAN qualifications, with opportunities to support GCSE pathways where appropriate

The Ideal Candidate

The school are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has experience teaching pupils with SEND and SEMH needs
  • Can build positive and trusting relationships with young people
  • Is patient, adaptable, resilient and proactive
  • Has strong behaviour management skills and a calm approach under pressure
  • Is passionate about helping every child succeed
  • Works well as part of a team and is keen to continue developing professionally
  • Is comfortable working within a trauma-informed and attachment-aware environment
  • Is willing to undertake PRICE training and use positive behaviour support strategies

What the School Offers

  • Competitive salary up to M6 (£45,352)
  • A supportive and experienced staff team
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • A comprehensive induction and support programme
  • Employee wellbeing and assistance support
  • Free lunches provided onsite
  • The opportunity to make a lasting impact on young people’s lives every day
