A nurturing primary school in Hastings is seeking a compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in KS1.

This role would suit someone experienced in supporting children with ASD, SEMH or speech and language needs.

The school offers strong leadership support, clear routines and a warm, community-focused environment.

The Role:

• 1:1 and small group SEND support

• Implement IEP targets

• Work closely with class teacher and SENCO

• Promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour

Requirements:

• Experience supporting SEND (school or nursery setting)

• Calm, consistent and patient approach

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
