I’m currently working with a fantastic specialist school in Bordon that is looking to add several SEND Learning Support Assistants to its growing team.
The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs and prides itself on creating a calm, structured and nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to thrive. Staff are passionate about providing individualised support and ensuring that every student feels valued and included.
As an LSA, you’ll work closely with pupils throughout the school day, helping them access learning, develop social skills and build confidence both inside and outside of the classroom.
No two days are ever the same. One minute you could be supporting a child with a classroom activity, the next you could be helping them achieve a personal milestone they’ve been working towards for weeks.
This role would suit someone who is patient, adaptable and genuinely enjoys helping young people overcome challenges.
