We’re working with a specialist SEND school in Aldershot that is searching for caring, enthusiastic and reliable Learning Support Assistants to join their team.

The school supports children with a range of additional needs and places a huge emphasis on creating positive relationships between staff and pupils. Their goal is simple: to help every learner reach their potential, whatever their starting point.

You’ll play a key role in supporting students throughout the school day, helping to manage routines, encourage independence and promote engagement with learning.

The successful candidates will be joining a school where teamwork is at the heart of everything they do. Staff are supportive, approachable and committed to helping pupils achieve the best possible outcomes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children or young people
• Positive and proactive attitude
• DBS on the Update Service
• Up-to-date Safeguarding Training
