SEND Teaching Assistant (1:1) – Long-Term | Hove

Location: Hove
Start: February half term
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Pay: £90–£95 per day
DBS: Enhanced DBS required

A welcoming primary school in Hove is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs.

This is a rewarding long-term role for someone calm, consistent and passionate about inclusive education.

The role:

• 1:1 SEND support within the classroom

• Supporting emotional regulation and engagement

• Working closely with the SENCO and class teacher

• Providing consistency throughout the school day

Ideal candidate:

• SEND or 1:1 experience

• Patient, nurturing approach

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
