Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants to support a specialist provision in Southsea.
This setting supports pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, SEMH and communication difficulties. The school provides structured routines, therapeutic support and small class sizes to ensure pupils feel safe and able to thrive.
1:1 and small group SEND support
Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
Assisting with personalised learning plans
Working closely with teachers, SENCO and external professionals
Experience working with SEND (school, care or youth setting)
Calm, patient and consistent approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Up-to-date safeguarding training
