An inclusive SEND school in Havant is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who require additional guidance with behaviour and emotional regulation.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in SEMH schools, PRUs, youth work or sports coaching who can build strong relationships with pupils and help them succeed.

The role:
• Supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
• Helping pupils regulate emotions and remain engaged in lessons
• Working 1:1 with pupils who require additional support
• Supporting classroom teachers with behaviour strategies

Requirements:
• Experience working with young people
• Strong behaviour management skills
• DBS on the Update Service
• Safeguarding training
