Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?

We are recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants to support a range of schools across the Crawley area from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in education while helping pupils reach their full potential.

You’ll be supporting children and young people with a variety of additional needs, including:

• Autism (ASC)

• ADHD

• Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN)

• Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)

• Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)

• Physical and Complex Needs

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning needs.

• Work closely with teachers and SEND professionals to create an inclusive learning environment.

• Encourage pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.

• Build positive relationships with students to help them thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring, patient and resilient approach.

• Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is desirable but not essential.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
