SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary | Full-Time | Crawley

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? Do you have experience working with young learners and want to make a real difference?

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary team in Crawley. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, offering a pay rate of £84 per day.

The Role:

• Providing tailored support to primary-aged children with SEN
• Assisting with classroom activities and one-to-one interventions
• Creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to meet students’ needs

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Up-to-date safeguarding training
• At least 6 weeks of experience working with children or young people
• A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to learning support
