SEN Teaching Assistant – Make a Difference

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support students at a welcoming secondary school in Crawley from Easter 2025. This full-time role offers £84 per day and is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.

The Role:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with additional needs.
• Help implement individual learning plans (ILPs) and strategies.
• Work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to create an inclusive environment.
• Encourage confidence, independence, and positive learning habits.

Requirements:

• At least 6 weeks of experience working with young people.
• A DBS on the update service and safeguarding training.
• A passion for supporting students with SEND.
