Supply Secondary Teacher – Bognor Regis (Short-term & Day-to-Day)

Location: Bognor Regis, West Sussex

Hours: Flexible – short-term and day-to-day cover (term time)

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £130–£140 per day for short-term/day-to-day cover; paid to scale for long-term placements. We are happy to negotiate and match or exceed a current daily rate you may be on elsewhere!

We’re building a trusted team of supply teachers to cover short-term and day-to-day assignments across Bognor Regis, Chichester and the surrounding area. If you’re adaptable, organised and enjoy variety across the key stages, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure continuity of learning during teacher absence.

• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, constructive environment.

• Provide clear feedback on pupil progress and any issues for the returning teacher.

• Adapt to different year groups, subjects, routines and school policies.


Skills & Experience / What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Confidence working across secondary age ranges and with diverse groups of learners.

• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.

• Reliability, flexibility and good communication with school staff.
