Pink Tile Education is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in the local area. We partner with schools to provide high-quality teaching cover, ensuring continuity of learning and a positive classroom environment.

This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to build experience across different school settings.

The Role:

As a Supply Teacher, you will step into the classroom and confidently deliver pre-planned lessons while maintaining high standards of teaching and behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different learners
• Ensure students remain engaged and on task throughout lessons
• Provide feedback to school staff on student progress and behaviour
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
• Experience in secondary education (including supply teaching, tutoring, or coaching)
• Strong classroom management skills
• A flexible, proactive, and positive attitude
• A genuine passion for working with young people

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Availability between 08:30 – 15:30, 1–5 days per week
• Right to work in the UK
