We’re looking for a passionate Support Mentor to join our dedicated team at a specialist SEMH school. Whether you’re experienced in youth work, support work, care, behaviour mentoring, or teaching assistant roles – if you’ve got the right attitude and transferable skills, we want to hear from you.
You’ll be supporting children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs – helping them thrive, not just survive.
Full-time is ideal, but we’ll consider a part-time or job-share for the right person.
