  • Help create safe, engaging, and supportive learning environments

  • Be a consistent, caring presence in the lives of young learners

  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families

  • A calm, nurturing approach

  • Great communication and teamwork skills

  • Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping others

  • A willingness to learn and adapt

  • Experience with SEND, ASD, or behaviour support is a bonus – but not essential

📚 Why This Role?

  • Term-time only – perfect for work-life balance

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

  • Temporary with the potential to go permanent

  • Full training and ongoing support provided

  • A chance to make a real, lasting difference
