Role Responsibilities:
Provide in-class support to students across a range of subjects
Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons
Support students with additional needs, including SEN and EAL
Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Work 1:1 or in small groups to aid learning and understanding
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
Assist with administrative tasks related to teaching and learning
Uphold the school’s behaviour policies and promote positive behaviour
Requirements:
Must have a DBS on the Update Service or be prepared to obtain one
Previous experience in a school or educational setting preferred
A genuine passion for supporting young people and their learning
Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
