🕒 Hours: Full-time 08:30 – 15:30, Monday to Friday (term time only)

We’re working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Billingshurst that is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out in education, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow in a supportive and rewarding environment.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils across the classroom, including those with additional needs
• Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
• Helping children build confidence, independence and a love for learning
• Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed
• Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

• Experience working with children (in a school, nursery, or similar setting)
• A calm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• A genuine passion for education and child development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A willingness to learn and grow with the role
