English Teacher – KS3 & KS4 | Chichester | Long-Term Opportunity

Pink Tile Education is working with a well-regarded secondary school in Chichester that is seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4, helping students develop confidence in reading, writing, and critical thinking.

The Role:

As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Assess, track, and support student progress effectively
• Create a positive and focused learning environment
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy
• Work collaboratively with colleagues within the English department

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) OR relevant secondary teaching experience – essential
• Strong subject knowledge in English (KS3–KS4)
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage learners
• A committed and professional approach to teaching

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Availability for a long-term position in Chichester
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4
