About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students and teaching staff to provide classroom-based support, small group interventions, and 1:1 support where needed. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity—ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience in education or take the next step in their career. For the right person, there is also the option of a permanent contract with the school.

You’ll play a key role in:

• Supporting students with their learning and development across a range of subjects.

• Helping to create an inclusive, engaging, and positive classroom environment.

• Assisting with lesson preparation and behaviour management.

• Supporting students with additional needs to achieve their potential.

What You’ll Need:

• A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

• Up-to-date safeguarding training.

• Previous experience working with young people in an educational, coaching, or care setting (minimum 6 weeks).
