Are you a caring, patient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
We are working with a wonderful one-form entry primary school just outside Billingshurst, seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine impact in the lives of young learners while becoming part of a welcoming school community.

Just outside Billingshurst, West Sussex
Please note: Due to the rural location of the school, a driver with access to a vehicle is essential.

- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am – 3:30pm
- Term Time Only

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
✅ Support children with a range of additional needs
✅ Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities
✅ Provide 1:1 and small group support
✅ Encourage pupil confidence, independence and social development
✅ Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
✅ Support children’s emotional wellbeing and academic progress
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working with children or young people
- Is patient, empathetic and adaptable
- Has an interest in SEN and inclusive education
- Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Is reliable, professional and proactive
- Holds a valid driving licence and has access to a vehicle
