We are working with a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Crawley that is looking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team from September.

In this role, you will work closely with students who need additional support with their learning, helping them to engage in lessons and access the curriculum. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and eager to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

The role includes:

• Supporting students with a range of additional needs in and out of the classroom

• Working closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted support

• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being

• Assisting with academic and social development

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with young people (in school or other settings)

• A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping students thrive

• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Up-to-date safeguarding training (can be provided if needed)

This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, term-time only) with a daily rate of £89, starting in September 2025. It would suit a graduate, aspiring teacher, or experienced LSA looking for a rewarding role in a supportive school environment.
