A forward-thinking 2–19 all-through college with cutting-edge facilities is looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to support students in its specialist Autism Facility.
Working closely with students who have learning, communication, and emotional needs to:
Support access to the mainstream curriculum
Create a calm, inclusive learning environment
Motivate and engage students
Foster independence and self-confidence
Calm, proactive, and empathetic individuals
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience with Autism (beneficial but not essential)
A good standard of education
Willingness to learn – full training provided
