Pink Tile Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and caring SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist primary SEND school in Bromley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and resilient Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and helping them reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will work closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including SEMH, communication and interaction needs, learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. You will provide support both within the classroom and on a one-to-one or small-group basis, helping pupils access their learning while developing their confidence, independence, communication and social skills.
This role would suit an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, Learning Support Assistant, SEMH Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Support Assistant or Support Worker who is looking to develop their experience within a specialist primary setting.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and the wider support team to provide high-quality support for pupils with additional needs.

Support Worker experience is highly valued, particularly experience supporting children with complex needs, behavioural difficulties, autism, communication needs or other additional needs.
A driving licence is preferred, although this is not essential.
