We’re now looking for caring, adaptable, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team.

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in helping children and young people feel supported, confident, and included in their learning. Your responsibilities may include:
Providing 1:1 support, building positive relationships, and offering encouragement to help pupils succeed.
Supporting small groups to reinforce learning and celebrate progress.
Assisting class teachers with activities, resources, and creating a safe, engaging classroom environment.
Supporting pupils with SEN and SEMH needs, helping them overcome challenges and feel valued.
Encouraging independence, resilience, and a genuine love of learning in every child you work with.

You’ll also need:
A positive, flexible attitude when working across different schools and key stages.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
