We’re partnering with a forward-thinking secondary school in Dorking that values creativity, collaboration, and compassion. This school is proud of its strong pastoral care and wants a Teaching Assistant who shares their commitment to helping every student thrive.
The role involves working 1:1 and with small groups, providing tailored support to students with additional learning needs, helping them navigate lessons and grow in confidence. You’ll also work closely with teachers and the SENCO to make sure each young person has the tools to succeed.
You’ll need at least 3 months’ experience in a UK classroom, a DBS on the Update Service, and current safeguarding training.
This is a full-time position (8.30–3.30, Monday to Friday) — perfect for someone who loves being part of a positive, purposeful school environment.
