Our client school in Haywards Heath is a forward-thinking secondary that champions inclusion and student wellbeing. They are seeking a Behaviour TA to deliver in-class support, targeted interventions and structured break/lunch duties.
For this role, you will need;
• At least 6 weeks’ experience working with children and young people
• Confidence supporting SEMH/ASC/ADHD and following school behaviour policy
• DBS on the update service
• Up to date safeguarding training
