We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate teaching assistant to join our team, starting as soon as possible.
The school is situated on 30 acres of beautiful, secluded land, providing the perfect environment for students with autism to learn, grow and thrive. We are a supportive team who work together to provide the best possible education for our students within a challenging yet rewarding role.
The successful candidate will assist teachers in creating and implementing individualized education plans for students and provide support and guidance in all areas of the curriculum. They will also assist in creating a safe and nurturing learning environment, and work closely with other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
The candidate is recommended that this role, due to the remote location away from transport, will mean that being a driver is desirable.

£88 per day – 8:30 – 3:30, Monday to Friday, Term time only. Temp to Perm (12 weeks).
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain one (we can help you to obtain one before your start date)
- Able to adapt to the different needs of each student
- Confident working with children & young people in SEN
- Experience working with children & young people (desired)
- Experience working with children & young people in SEN (desired)
- C’s or the equivalent at GCSE Level, in Maths and English.
