Teaching Assistant – Bexhill-On-Sea, Secondary Behaviour Hub

Pink Tile Education are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in the behaviour and pastoral support area of a secondary school in Bexhill.

This is a specific role within one Bexhill school, supporting pupils who may need time out of class, help with emotional regulation, support with routines or a trusted adult to help them re-engage with learning.

The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who can be calm, confident and consistent. You will be supporting pupils before, during and after lessons, helping them reset, make better choices and return to learning where possible.

This Bexhill school would suit someone who has worked in behaviour support, youth work, sport, mentoring, care, SEND, SEMH or mainstream school support. You do not need to be loud or overly strict — the school needs someone steady, emotionally intelligent and able to build proper relationships.
