We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Brighton.
You’ll be working closely with teachers to support pupils across the curriculum, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.
This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about education, looking to make a genuine difference in the classroom.
Support pupils during lessons to help them engage and make progress.
Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and resource management.
Provide one-to-one or small group support where needed.
Encourage positive behaviour, inclusion, and active participation in learning.
Contribute to pupils’ wellbeing and personal development.
Help maintain a safe, organised, and inspiring classroom environment.
Experience working with children or young people (in a school or similar setting).
A caring, patient, and proactive attitude.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
An Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service is essential.

Desirable:
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working in a primary or secondary school.
