The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

✅ Support pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD and communication difficulties

✅ Provide 1:1 and small group support

✅ Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored learning plans

✅ Encourage social, emotional and academic development

✅ Help pupils build confidence, independence and resilience

✅ Foster a positive and engaging learning environment

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children or young people
• Is patient, nurturing and adaptable
• Has a genuine passion for supporting SEN learners
• Can build excellent relationships with pupils and staff
• Is enthusiastic, proactive and committed to making a difference
• Previous school experience is desirable but not essential
