Looking to gain practical experience before a career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Teaching or Mental Health?

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support students with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and additional learning needs in a specialist setting.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working directly with young people whilst making a genuine difference every day.

Responsibilities:

✅ Supporting students on a 1:1 basis
✅ Assisting with small group interventions
✅ Helping pupils develop social and emotional skills
✅ Encouraging confidence and independence

Ideal applicants will have:

✔ A Psychology degree or related qualification (desirable)
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ A positive and proactive attitude
✔ A passion for supporting young people
