Role; Teaching Assistant (Secondary)
Pay; £89 per day
Length; Ongoing – daily cover and long-term needs (Autumn Term 2025)
Location; Crawley

Our client school in Crawley is a popular secondary with high expectations and a strong pastoral culture. You’ll support lessons across KS3–KS4, provide 1:1/small-group interventions, and help reinforce routines so pupils can thrive.

For this role, you will need;
• At least 6 weeks’ experience working with young people (school, youth, care)
• Confident classroom presence and positive behaviour management
• DBS on the update service
• Up to date safeguarding training
