We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a welcoming Horsham secondary school from January 2025. This role involves working closely with the class teacher to deliver classroom support and targeted interventions to help children achieve their learning goals.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with school experience who’s passionate about education and pupil development.
Requirements:
At least 3 months’ experience working in a UK school
Confident supporting children across KS3 & 4
Patient, proactive, and reliable
Strong teamwork and communication skills
