We are currently recruiting a calm, patient, and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school in the Billingshurst area. This role involves supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs within a structured, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
Due to the rural location, applicants must be able to drive.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to provide consistent, individualised support throughout the school day. You will play a key role in helping students feel safe, supported, and engaged in their learning, adapting your approach to meet emotional, behavioural, and educational needs.
Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs
