Hours: Monday 8:30am–5:00pm | Tuesday–Friday 8:30am–4:00pm

We are seeking a calm and resilient Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11–16 in a specialist SEMH secondary school. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, working closely with teaching and pastoral staff to help students regulate emotions, engage in learning, and build confidence within a structured, nurturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have:

Experience supporting young people with SEMH or challenging behaviour

A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
