Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Location: Worthing, accessible by public transport 
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: Weekly, based on days worked

Are you looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with complex needs? A warm and welcoming special needs primary school in Worthing is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time.

👧👦 About the Role:

  • Support children with a wide range of complex needs, including:

    • Mobility challenges

    • Non-verbal communication

    • Physical challenging behaviour

  • Personal care will be part of your daily responsibilities.

  • You will work closely with 2–4 experienced TAs and a class teacher.

  • Follow the lead of the permanent staff in the room to ensure consistency and the best outcomes for pupils.
