Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–3:45pm

We are recruiting for a calm, patient and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school in the Worthing area. This ongoing role involves supporting children with complex emotional and behavioural needs within a structured, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students feel safe, re-engage with learning and build confidence. You will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff, providing consistent, individualised support and adapting your approach to meet each student’s emotional, behavioural and learning needs.

Experience supporting children with SEMH or complex emotional and behavioural needs
