SEN Experience • KS1 & Early Years Support

Monday–Friday | 8:30am–3:30pm | £89 per day

Primary schools across Worthing are looking for warm, reliable Teaching Assistants with SEN experience to join their teams in KS1 and Early Years.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting pupils in KS1 and Early Years (classroom & 1:1 support)
  • Helping deliver phonics, early literacy, numeracy and play‑based activities
  • Providing additional support to children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, SEMH, etc.)
  • Creating a calm, encouraging classroom environment
  • Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to support children’s progress
  • Being a friendly, dependable presence for pupils who need consistency

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
Pay: £89 per day
