Primary schools across Worthing are looking for warm, reliable Teaching Assistants with SEN experience to join their teams in KS1 and Early Years.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting pupils in KS1 and Early Years (classroom & 1:1 support)
Helping deliver phonics, early literacy, numeracy and play‑based activities
Providing additional support to children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, SEMH, etc.)
Creating a calm, encouraging classroom environment
Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to support children’s progress
Being a friendly, dependable presence for pupils who need consistency

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
Pay: £89 per day
