• Build trusting, meaningful relationships with children and meet their emotional and practical care needs

• Help create a safe, homely environment: cooking, cleaning, engaging in play and positive routines

• Encourage and support children to engage with education and activities

• Understand and respond to behaviours rooted in trauma, with full training and support

• Be part of a committed team that works together to provide consistency and care

No previous care experience required – if you’ve worked in or have experience with:
