Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Pay: £115 per day

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Thrive Practitioner to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school in Horley. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people aged 11 and above who require additional emotional and social support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Thrive interventions to support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and development.
  • Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to create a nurturing environment.
  • Monitor and track progress, adapting strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Promote positive behaviour and resilience in students.

Requirements:

  • Thrive Practitioner qualification or relevant experience delivering Thrive interventions.
  • Strong understanding of SEMH needs and strategies to support them.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
