Unqualified Geography Teacher

About the Role:

As an unqualified Geography Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, sparking curiosity and a love for learning.
• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student progress and wellbeing.
• Support students with varying abilities to achieve their full potential.
• Work closely with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: A minimum of 6 months of teaching experience in a school setting is essential.
• Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for Geography and education, with the ability to inspire young minds.
• Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
• Qualifications: While formal teaching qualifications are not required, a strong academic background in Geography or a related field is preferred.
• DBS: A valid Enhanced DBS check (or a willingness to obtain one).
