Key Responsibilities:
Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff
Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policy
Ensuring that students remain on task and complete set work
Providing support where needed and reporting back on progress
Requirements:
A genuine interest in working with young people
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence in managing a classroom environment
A valid DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
Previous school experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
